Marketing & Consulting Disclaimer
Last updated: June 25, 2024
Unity Innovations provides marketing strategy and customer retention advice. Its planning materials and website information help support business decisions, but do not promise particular sales, ROI, engagement, or retention outcomes.
1. Advisory and planning role
Unity Innovations provides consulting focused on retention planning, promotional offer development, customer communication lifecycle planning, and reviews of client-provided retention information. The work is intended to organize a business question, assess available information, and produce recommendations or frameworks within an agreed scope.
Consulting is different from operating the client’s business or executing every recommended activity. A roadmap does not itself implement a retention initiative, and a communication framework does not automatically write, send, or manage customer messages. The client remains responsible for deciding which recommendations to use and how to put them into practice.
2. No guaranteed performance
No increase in sales, revenue, profit, return on investment, repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, engagement, or retention is guaranteed. Starting a consulting engagement does not establish that a particular numerical result will be achieved or that every recommendation will be suitable in every circumstance.
Performance depends on factors outside the planning task, including customer behavior, product or service quality, pricing, margins, market conditions, competing offers, staffing, technical execution, and the client’s decisions. An estimate, planning assumption, or suggested metric should be read as part of the context in which it was developed rather than as a contractual promise of results.
3. Client-provided information and limitations
A review may rely on reports, definitions, descriptions, and materials supplied by the client. The usefulness of the analysis depends on the completeness, accuracy, timing, and comparability of that information. Unity Innovations does not independently audit financial statements, certify customer records, or verify every source system as part of an ordinary planning engagement.
Missing information, inconsistent metric definitions, limited sample sizes, or short reporting periods can restrict the conclusions that reasonably follow. Those restrictions should be stated in the findings. A correlation or change over time does not by itself prove that a particular retention initiative caused the change. Additional measurement may be needed before drawing a stronger conclusion.
4. Retention strategy recommendations
A retention strategy may identify customer groups, repeat-engagement moments, priorities, and recommended follow-up activities. Those recommendations reflect the stated objectives and the information available during the project. The plan is not a promise that every customer will return or that the same approach will work equally well across all customer groups.
The client should consider whether the recommended actions fit its product, service quality, capacity, and customer expectations. A plan may need to change as new information becomes available. Priorities should be reviewed in light of actual implementation and measured experience rather than applied indefinitely without reassessment.
5. Promotional offers and business constraints
Offer planning may include seasonal timing, discounts, bundles, promotional calendars, and recommendations about how an offer is presented. These recommendations must be evaluated against the client’s actual margin limits, inventory, terms, fulfillment ability, and obligations to customers.
The client is responsible for truthful advertising, clear offer conditions, pricing accuracy, availability statements, and any restrictions applying to its products or services. A planning suggestion does not authorize a misleading discount, an unsupported claim, or an offer the client cannot fulfill. Legal questions about promotional terms should be reviewed by an appropriate professional.
6. Customer communication frameworks
A lifecycle framework can suggest purposes, sequence, timing principles, and group distinctions for welcome, follow-up, and re-engagement communications. It does not replace the client’s responsibility to obtain appropriate permissions, respect opt-outs, review message content, and comply with requirements affecting its communication channels.
The client should review proposed communications for relevance, accessibility, accuracy, and customer expectations before sending them. The planning engagement does not automatically install a marketing platform, configure delivery settings, verify domain authentication, or resolve all issues involving deliverability or communication consent. Such operational activities require a separately defined scope.
7. Performance reviews and measurement
A performance review can explain what available repeat-customer indicators suggest, where information is incomplete, and which questions deserve further investigation. It is not an independent audit, statistical certification, or a guarantee that changing a metric will improve the business as a whole.
Metric definitions, observation periods, and customer-group differences matter. Repeat purchase, repeat contact, response rates, and engagement measures are not interchangeable. A findings report should make clear which indicators were reviewed and what assumptions were used. The client should maintain appropriate records and reassess conclusions as more complete information becomes available.
8. Website information and the assistant
Website content provides general information about services and the planning approach. It does not provide personalized advice based on a complete review of your business. A service description or starting fee is not an accepted proposal, and a typical planning window is not a guaranteed schedule for an unscoped project.
The Unity assistant is an automated website guide using limited company and service information. It can explain the listed services and help you navigate or open the inquiry form. It does not analyze confidential business data, provide regulated professional advice, or replace a consultant’s assessment under an agreed engagement. The guide should not be given sensitive records.
9. Fictional review samples
The reviews attributed to Amanda Brooks, Daniel Reed, Nicole Parker, and Michael Turner are clearly labeled fictional samples. They are illustrative text supplied for this website. They are not verified testimonials, actual client endorsements, evidence of completed engagements, or proof that the described experiences occurred.
The samples should be understood only as examples of how someone might discuss the planning support described on the site. They do not substantiate a performance claim or promise similar experiences for future clients. No star rating, numerical success rate, or guaranteed result should be inferred from them.
10. Professional advice, decisions, and contact
Marketing consulting is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. The client should obtain appropriately qualified guidance when a decision involves those areas. The business does not claim that a general planning recommendation satisfies every law or requirement relevant to a particular client.
The signed project agreement determines the deliverables and responsibilities for an engagement. This disclaimer does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived, excuse a misleading statement, or replace the need to perform agreed work. If you need clarification about the scope or limits of a recommendation, contact Unity Innovations using the details below before relying on an assumption that has not been confirmed.
